Getting Started

1. Browse through our project list to find the project or projects that best fit your interests and abilities. Then get in touch with us via Live Chat, Skype, email, or telephone - or request a free call-back at a time of your convenience. We’ll answer all questions you may have and provide additional information. We will then ask you to fill in a simple online form describing yourself, your experience and your interests. We will make sure that make sure you are right for the project, and that the project is right for you.

2. Once all your questions have been answered and you have chosen and been accepted by your project(s), you will be ready to confirm your place. We will send you a link to our secure RBS Worldpay partner site , or Google Checkout Invoice to pay your placement fee of £249 GBP (approx. $400 USD) per person, per project (discounts available for group/multiple bookings). This fee covers all placement services and support costs for the duration of your project. Volunteer Adventures and Paid Teaching placements require a 20% deposit.

3. We will put you directly in touch with your specific project coordinator via email, who will facilitate your arrival and answer any final questions you may have. We will be on hand to help in any way we can. All additional project fees (if applicable) will be paid directly to the project coordinator.

4. We will now send you an in-country Survival Guide, ensuring that you have all the information you need for your trip, including required vaccinations, emergency telephone numbers, and consulate contact details, plus useful background information about the country and culture you will be living in.

5. Our pre-departure support helps you find all the best deals you will need for your trip, including flights, insurance, vaccinations, hostels, travel guides and more. We will also be on-hand to help throughout your placement.
